#DiniWält ━ Discovery campaign for the Jungfrau Region

Tourism has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic - just in time for the easing of restrictions in summer 2021, the pent-up desire to travel should therefore be channeled in the right direction. As part of an expanded strategic brand positioning under the #DiniWält label, Eyekon was commissioned by Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG to develop a campaign concept with a competition and landing page. My role as an Interaction Designer involved active participation from the project's inception to its conclusion. I contributed throughout the entire process, from the conceptualization phase to the testing phase.

The result can be seen on the launched landing page, where everything revolves around experiences - after all, they are at the origin of the already established positioning "Unique. Diverse.". With "#DiniWält", a new dimension has now been added to this positioning: Involvement. This makes it possible to promote seasonal offers in a playful way. If you want to become an explorer, you can put together your own world in the Jungfrau Region from the various experiences - using an experience chooser that makes optimum use of device-specific operating concepts: a horizontal scroller for desktops and a "Tinder chooser" for smartphones.

The choice of experience is at the heart of a sophisticated competition mechanism that uses participants as multipliers and puts winners in the spotlight as content creators. Once you have put together your world in the Jungfrau Region, a postcard with a dynamic image sequence and headline is automatically generated from the selected experiences. This can now be shared via digital channels or sent as a physical postcard to increase the chances of winning.

The #DiniWält label has created the basis for expanding the brand story and positioning of the Jungfrau Region with its resort partners. The website and the competition mechanics also offer all the prerequisites for a multi-year, dynamic campaign.
